Step 3  Language points

(1)in awe of 敬畏

(2)awed adj.充满敬畏的,畏怯的    be awed by ……感到敬畏

(3)awesome adj.令人敬畏的;使人畏惧的;可怕的;极好的

(1)“the+比较级...the+比较级...”意为……就越……”,表示主、从句的两个谓语是同时进行的,一方随另一方程度的变化而变化。

(2)从结构上看,第一个“the+比较级...”是表示条件的状语从句;在表示将来意义的情况时,从句用一般现在时表示将来。第二个“the+比较级...”是主句,用一般将来时。
