More than 630 million cross-regional trips were made during the three-day Dragon Boat Festival, according to the Ministry of Transport.

It was an average of 212.54 million trips every day, marking a significant increase of 16.6 percent from the same period in 2019, before the pandemic.

The civil aviation sector also saw a passenger surge by transporting 5.53 million trips during the holiday, with an average of 1.84 million per day, up 7.5 percent from 2019 and a year-on-year increase of 7.9 percent.

The number of private business entities in China reached 180.45 million by the end of May 2024, accounting for 96.4 percent of the country's total business entities, according to the State Administration for Market Regulation. This proportion is up from the 95.5 percent registered in 2019, the administration said, adding that China is now home to nearly 55.18 million private companies and over 125.27 million self-employed businesses.

Ten candidates, including eight space pilots and two payload specialists, have been selected for China's fourth batch of astronauts. Of the two payload specialists, one is from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the other is from the Macao Special Administrative Region, said the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA).
据中国载人航天工程办公室消息，我国载人航天工程第四批预备航天员选拔工作日前结束，共有10名预备航天员最终入选，包括8名航天驾驶员和2名载荷专家（香港地区、澳门地区各1名载荷专家）。

载荷专家为航天员按任务分类的一种，是指在空间站中进行科学与应用研究等实验工作的科研人员。候选对象需要满足身体素质、教育程度、专业范畴等相关条件。

第四批航天员选拔包括航天驾驶员和载荷专家。其中，航天驾驶员的选拔首次覆盖陆海空三军现役飞行员。而载荷专家方面，则有来自香港和澳门的数名候选对象进入到最后选拔环节。

来自港澳的载荷专家经过了层层选拔，从初选基本条件的选拔到复选参加更全面深入的临床医学检查、各项生理功能检查、航天环境适应性的耐力选拔，还有心理的各项测试、职业基本素质考察等，然后相关部门还进行了定选的查访，走访等各项的选拔等。

我国计划在2030年前实现载人登陆月球开展科学探索，航天员队伍从选拔到训练，都统筹考虑了空间站和载人登月这两大任务。目前，已开设地质相关课程，还将安排航天员进行野外实习和地质考察，等载人登月任务训练模拟器研制完成就可以开展相关训练。

目前，我国航天员选拔训练体系更加成熟完善，随着载人航天国际合作的深入推进，还将有国外航天员参与选拔训练并执行中国空间站飞行任务。
